We are looking for an Accounts Payable/ Receivable Clerk// Kreditoren-/ Debitorenbuchhalter (m/f/d)

Main purpose of role:

Clean accounting of business transactions.

Accounts Receivable:

• Pre-allocation, entry and posting of customer invoices without purchase order.
• Supplier payments.
• Processing of supplier reminders.
• Account maintenance and account clarification with suppliers (balance reconciliations).
• Reconciliation of general ledger with OP-list vendors.
• Setting up aged creditors.

Accounts Payable:

• Allocation, entry and posting of supplier invoices with or without purchase orders.
• Supplier payments with different currencies.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Account maintenance.
• Confirming Intercompany balances.

Additional:

• System used - Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Office, Outlook.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and employees withing the business.
• Improve processes.

Candidate Profile:

• Several years of professional experience in the independent processing of accounts payable/general ledger/asset accounting
• High level of teamwork and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage
