Britax Romer is looking for its future Business Account Manager Southern Poland

Would you like to join the BRITAX adventure?

Reporting to our Commercial Leader Poland and working with in our team of passionate salespeople, you will be the privileged representative of our adventure to a network of childcare retailing stores. In a cycle of 4 to 5 visits per day, you will be responsible for carrying out the sales plans in your region to promote the brand penetration.

- You will manage the customer portfolio in your region and implement our sales and marketing policy.

- You are responsible for the promotion of our brand among our retailers by accompanying them in the implementation and promotion of our latest innovations

- You develop your turnover (analysis of customer needs, proposal of marketing actions, etc.)

- You train our customers in our products and technologies to make them real ambassadors for our brands.

- You will ensure, maintain, and develop the presence of our various products at trade shows, sales events and events(2-3 weekends per month) 

- You collect information: competitive intelligence, brand events, social networks, etc.

- You will provide regular reports on activities to your manager

- And many other missions as rich as fulfilling!

About You

What are we looking for? Enthusiastic and energetic people with a real team spirit, with a particular attraction to our brand and to sales.

Preferred home location: Poznań, Śrem, wielkopolska
Regular travel 4 days a week, 
Area covered: Southern Poland ( woj. małopolskie, częśc woj. opolskiego, woj. podkarpackie, woj.śląskie, woj. świętokrzyskie)  

- You have extensive sales experience, at least 2 years’ experience in retail, ideally in FMCG

- An excellent knowledge of IT tools

- A driving licence is essential

- Your dynamism and commitment will enable you to make proposals.

- You are autonomous, rigorous and conscientious

- You are goal and result oriented,

- We will pay particular attention to your ability to learn and adapt, as well as your resistance to stress.

- And of course, you are known for your interpersonal intelligence with clients, friendly, passionate, ambitious, smart and brilliant!

- Knowledge of the English language will be an added advantage
