Main Purpose of Role:

To offer comprehensive support to our customers, including assistance with products, after-sales service, and Direct-to-Consumer (DtC) orders.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for our customers and address their inquiries promptly.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Teams, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Warehouse & Logistics, and technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile (Education/Competencies Required/Functional Skills/Technical Skills):

  • Possess a solid general education background.
  • Proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
  • Comfortable with various customer, stock, and communication systems.
