Main purpose of role:

The Website Content Coordinator will manage the content of Global websites and guide/support Regional Marketing with content execution along the consumer journey.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Content Management of global websites
  • Responsible for the website product launch management and catalogue maintenance
  • Support of digital projects
  • Quality Management of website
  • Create and continuously further develop our landing page concept
  • Support Regional Marketing teams with landing page creation and website campaign assets
  • Management of onsite search strategy

Educational Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in e-Commerce, Communications, Marketing, Information Management or similar qualification.

Previous Job Experience Required:

  • 1-3 years experience in a website management role, Digital Marketing or e-Commerce

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with Web Content Management systems
  • Good technical understanding & experience in current internet technologies
  • Familiar with Project Management and communication tools such as Jira
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Good understanding of the (Digital) Marketing funnel
  • Ideally experience with web analytics platforms, preferably Mapp Analytics
  • Ideally familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing and behaviour analysis tools

Key Personal Qualities Required:

  • Customer centric and data-driven mindset with a very good understanding for e-Commerce and Digital Marketing
  • Strong tech affinity and high attention to detail
  • Experienced in working in interdisciplinary and multi-cultural teams
  • Very strong communication skills and the empathy to productively collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Passion for our category and Brand Purpose
