We are looking for an HR Business Partner.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • You are the central point of contact and advisor for our managers and employees in your area of responsibility for all HR-related and labor law issues
  • You will be responsible for the management and operational implementation of the employee life cycle from A for Attraction to E for Exit
  • Responsible for supporting with monthly payroll when needed
  • With a future-oriented and forward-looking mindset, you will be actively involved in the implementation of strategic HR programs and be responsible for the support in implementation and execution of important HR processes such as performance management and succession planning
  • You will provide support in determining qualitative and quantitative personnel requirements, keeping an eye on changes in tasks, rationalization and future task developments
  • Trusting and constructive cooperation with employee representatives and other internal and external stakeholders is a given for you
  • You will also take on and manage global HR projects, work continuously on optimizing HR processes and contribute to innovative and modern HR work with a wealth of ideas and creativity
  • Preparation and evaluation of HR Reporting’s as well as relevant HR KPI’s

Candidate Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics or similar, ideally specializing in HR management
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in generalist HR work as well as Business Partnering, preferably in a production-related and international industrial environment
  • A plus: Experience in performing monthly Payroll including all relevant tasks to assure a timely and in full payroll
  • Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of individual and collective labor law. Experience in working with a works council.
  • Confident handling of MS Office, good user knowledge of HR Systems. Experience in the implementation of an HR System a plus.
  • Confident demeanor combined with high personal competence, empathy and strong communication skills
  • A high level of managerial courage as well as business acumen
  • Experience in the preparation and evaluation of HR Reporting including relevant KPI’s, a strong analytical understanding
  • A high degree of independence, resilience and flexibility as well as a strong team spirit
  • Enjoy working in an international and dynamic environment as well as a hands-on mentality
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Desire to develop and to take on further responsibility
