We are looking for a Marketing Manager Nordics to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Main purpose of role:

To develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for the NORDIC market to drive sales growth and brand awareness in the region.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the NORDIC marketing strategy, budget process and planning cycle.
  • Drive understanding of consumer needs and generate actionable insights within relevant segments.
  • Overall strategic direction, leadership, and hands of execution of our local brand and trade marketing activation.
  • Work closely with key account teams and key customers to develop successful in-store and integrated marketing campaigns to drive growth.
  • Use data to report on marketing results, impact and recommendations for future action and investment.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of key competitors in the market, to drive insights into the business and ensure we remain competitive.
  • Lead the planning, execution, measurement and relationship with relevant third-party agencies.
  • Share best practices across the EMEA organisation.

Candidate Profile (Education/Competencies Required/Functional Skills/Technical Skills):

  • At least 4-5 years' experience in on and offline marketing in a fast-paced premium consumer goods industry or agency environment.
  • Track record of executing successful in-store and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Digital native, understanding of popular digital channels, media and tools; ability to identify and implement industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of managing local social media channels.
  • Experience in influencer co-operations and event organising and running.
  • Clear data-driven approach with excellent quantitative analysis skills.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Strong hands-on work ethic – able to work at all levels to get the job done.
  • Ability to actively and continuously prioritize and set expectations in line with business needs.
  • Clear and open communicator.
  • Experience of leading, coaching and growing a marketing team.

Proficient in Swedish and English for business communication, with a potential advantage if proficient in Danish and/or Norwegian.
