We are looking for a Senior Business Account Manager Central UK & Ireland

 

The Role:

Our Britax Romer Senior Business Account Manager are an integral part of the business, and have overall responsibility for business growth within their territory.

Success will be achieved through a highly disciplined journey plan and visiting a combination of existing and prospect accounts on a daily basis.

You will take a consultative approach with our partners to grow their business leveraging our portfolio of best in class child road safety products.

 

Main purpose of role, key accountabilities and your responsibilities:

  • To drive & deliver growth within the Independent channel for Central UK & Republic of Ireland.
  • First point of contact for all customers within your area, building strong relationships and visiting your accounts regularly.
  • To be confident in meeting new people.
  • To work with your key partners within your account base to deliver a strategic plan to drive their business.
  • To have accountability for the sales and profit targets within your area.
  • To Identify missed sales opportunities within your area.
  • Commercial Awareness; To be able to analysis your sales figures and define an action plan per customer on how to deliver growth within your territory.
  • To be able to confidently deliver product training to your customer base on our brand and portfolio of products.
  • Implementation of brand marketing/ campaigns within your account base.
  • Identify missed marketing opportunities within your account base, and working with internal teams to maximise these opportunities.

 

What Existing Skills & Experience will you need to be successful in this opportunity?:

  • You will have experience in a field-based sales role with account management responsibilities and exposure to working with KPI’s & targets for a minimum of 6 years.
  • You are an excellent relationship builder
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conduct successful commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, In Store Space & location.
  • A passional for travelling and a Driving licence is Essential!

 

Key Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a comparable function in the field service or sales
  • Industry knowledge in the area of baby, toddler or vehicle safety and product knowledge an advantage
  • English language fluent a must
  • Convincing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Distinct customer orientation, negotiation skills, as well as analytical way of thinking and working
  • Very high willingness to travel as well as driver's license absolutely necessary
  • Positive mindset and a "can-do" attitude
  • High level of self-motivation and independence
  • Strong willingness to constantly develop further
