Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Lead analysis, design, and implementation of business application solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and define functional specifications for applications’ configurations and customizations.
  • Serve as an escalation point to assist in resolving business application issues escalated from the application support team, including those related to third-party and in-house interfaces and integrations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.
  • Identify and implement process optimizations and automations, working closely with business users to enhance productivity.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in using the systems/applications.
  • Collaborate with external third-party vendors, contractors, and consultants to develop and enhance new and existing systems/applications and integrations.

 

Profile:

  • 3+ years’ experience working with Microsoft D365FO as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant, including at least one end-to-end D365FO implementation where you’re accountable for the functional area in either Supply Chain/Trade & Logistics or Finance.
  • Strong expertise in MS D365FO functionalities, configuration, data structure and customization capabilities, particularly in supply chain, manufacturing, and finance processes.
  • Skilled in business process analysis, requirements gathering. Ability to document business processes, translate business requirements into technical solution requirements
  • Proficient in data migration using DMF
  • Experience in integration with third-party applications using APIs, web services, or middleware solutions. Commercial experience in implementing and supporting EDI integrations with MS Dynamics platforms.
  • Strong customer service approach, proactive, collaborative attitude, outstanding interpersonal skills and experience working with cross functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, with a high sense of accountability and urgency. Flexible & adaptable, ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, results-oriented matrixed environment.
