Main purpose of role:

To provide general support to our Customers and Consumers, placing orders, planning deliveries, handling aftersales queries for regions which ship from our European Warehouse in Germany, including Distributor regions and non-direct markets.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Inputting orders and planning deliveries to trade customers.
  • Checking orders are entered with the correct price and customer discount.
  • Working closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth deliveries.
  • Liaising with the Multi-Functional Team on more complex issues or in cases where further assistance is required to achieve an outcome for the customer.
  • Supporting Sales Representatives - resolving queries, processing orders, handling after sales issues.
  • Assisting customers by telephone, email and Social Media
  • Assisting in managing the B2B portal system via Microsoft Dynamics 365. Maintaining discounts and promotions.

Candidate Profile (Education/Competencies Required/Functional Skills/Technical Skills):

  • Customer Services background
  • Experience of order processing and managing customer accounts.
  • Has empathy for the customers situation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities.
  • Computer literacy including Excel 
  • Communication skills – verbal and written
  • Listening skills
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Experience of working with multiple order and customer management systems.
  • Proficient in German and English for business communication. Additional European languages an advantage.
  • Experience with MS D365/ AX 2012 an advantage.
