We are looking for a Global Head of FP&A and Treasury
Main purpose of role:
The Global Head of FP&A and Treasury is a key part of the CFO’s leadership team, providing financial insights to drive profitable growth, margin improvement, and working capital reductions. You partner with the regional finance leads from the Americas, EMEA, and APAC to provide financial support for key focus areas of the business, create the long-term financial strategy, annual operating budget, and quarterly forecasts.
You provide analysis for short-term and long-term decision making. You work with the Group Finance function to monitor results against budget and forecast and generate financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders, including Executive Management and the Board of Directors. You manage company efforts to implement standardized business intelligence reporting capabilities.
You are responsible for the Group Treasury Strategy and its execution and support the CFO in financing opportunities whilst driving Group cash flow generation and optimizing net working capital.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the planning and forecasting of the entire P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow for the Britax Group. Highlighting and explaining variances to budget and latest forecasts.
- Manage all aspects of the Group Treasury Strategy including cash management, 13 week cash forecasts, funding and financial risks such as foreign exchange exposures.
- Maintain and establish key banking relationships
- Monitor ongoing compliance with financing facilities including regular reporting of results and budget
- Create, coordinate, and manage the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting timeline and processes.
- Partner with each region to improve profitability over time and to achieve / exceed budget and improve working capital KPIs.
- Partner with the CFO and CEO to identify key business indicators that enable timely, accurate decision making.
- Prepare month end reporting packages, including commentary on results and lead discussions regarding action items with key stakeholders.
- Partner with the broader finance team to define and explain short-term & medium-term cash flow sources and uses.
- Manage and direct company initiative to automate reporting from ERP and deploy business intelligence capabilities.
- Managing support for Global Sourcing Director in all Supply Chain aspects including make vs buy analysis and other financial decisions.
- Manage support for Global Engineering Group including modelling and supporting the prioritization of Global Capex, tracking opex/capex spend and labor costs and providing key metrics for budgeting and forecasting.
- Support other key Executives leading Global functions
- Lead and support special projects as needed.

Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA/CMA preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years exp. Required, in treasury or financial planning and analysis.
- Global, multi-currency experience required.
- Commercial and corporate finance experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management – HFM required (or similar consolidation/financial reporting tool).
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI or a similar Business Intelligence reporting tool.
- Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills; proven ability to leverage systems to drive efficiencies.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred (or other ERP systems).
- Manufacturing and Consumer Durables industry experience a plus.
- Private Equity experience a plus.
