We are lookingfor a Key Account Manager Digital (m/f/d)


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of customer needs and assessment of their potential to identify growth opportunities with a strong focus on online retail. Development of strategies to strengthen customer relationships and optimize the product assortment across all points of sales
  • Development of individual annual plans for each customer and budget assurance for the DACH - Netherlands and Denmark region. Implementation of targeted actions to achieve sales and margin goals as defined by management.
  • Independent negotiation with clients, including structuring of commercial terms, contractual agreements, and promotional strategies for the digital market.
  • Comprehensive customer relationship management through the development of joint business plans, regular meetings, and continuous performance analyses based on KPIs relevant to the e-commerce sector, including the derivation and implementation of appropriate corrective measures. Responsible for internal forecasting and demand planning on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
  • Monitoring of product launches and delistings to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Regular travel to gain in-depth market insights and maintain personal customer relationships.
  • Clear and targeted communication of customer requirements within the multifunctional team and to internal stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

  • Completed degree in Business Administration with the goal of pursuing a career in digital sales management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management, preferably in the consumer goods sector with a focus on online and omni-channel retail.
  • Strong commercial orientation, proactive working style, and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Analytical thinking, results-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer- and consumer-centric approach with the ability to communicate efficiently with various stakeholders.
  • Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • High level of self-management and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in German and English.
