We are looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator, Americas.
Main purpose of role:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the Americas Marketing Manager in delivering smooth and efficient marketing operations across the region. You will support and organize marketing consumer and trade events and be responsible for the social media Channels of our brands in the region
You will bring strong organizational and communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and a structured approach to managing multiple priorities. The role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to collaborate across departments in an international environment.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Administration | - Support the day-to-day operations of the Americas Marketing team, including budget tracking, invoice management, and vendor coordination.
- Manage purchase orders, procurement processes, and logistics for Americas marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate giveaways, printed assets, and event materials across the Americas region, ensuring consistency in branding and execution.
- Support internal documentation, reporting, and alignment with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain).

Brand and content creation | - Assist in the planning and execution of brand marketing activities, product launches, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with regional teams.
- Work with creative, web, and digital teams to maintain up-to-date website and marketing content.
- Help with photo and video shoots to ensure timely asset delivery and brand alignment (as needed).

Digital & Social Media Support | - Collaborate with the brand and creative teams to support digital campaign execution and online content coordination across Americas markets.
- Assist with social media planning, scheduling, and posting for the three separate brands – Britax, Romer and BOB Gear.
- Conduct image and influencer research and help manage influencer collaborations and community engagement (Instagram, etc.).
- LinkedIn – represent the Americas aspect of the global corporate communication tool

Regional Marketing Support | - Provide hands-on marketing support, including POS coordination, event logistics, and shipping of promotional materials.
- Provide any support need for PR agency, including ordering product samples.
- Liaise with vendors and manage local production and distribution of printed and promotional assets.
- Support regional campaigns and trade activities in collaboration with local sales and marketing teams.

About You
Experience | - This is an entry-level role, ideal for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in marketing.
- You bring a strong interest in brand and digital marketing and are eager to learn within an international environment.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and hands-on attitude.
- You are confident managing multiple tasks, coordinating projects, and working collaboratively across teams.
- Previous internships or academic projects in marketing, communication, or related fields are a plus but not essential.
